Azalea Trace is a retirement community located next to campus and visible beyond the right field wall at Jim Spooner Field.Photo Gallery The team danced and spent time with the residents of Azalea Trace during their February Gala to celebrate Valentine’s Day.  “It was a great time. The members of Azalea Trace come out and support us during our baseball games throughout the season and look forward to spending time with the players,” said head coach Mike Jeffcoat. “It’s great to give back, and I feel like it is important to maintain a good relationship with them especially because they are so close to Jim Spooner Field.”Senior pitcher Phillip Ebert said “it was nice getting out into the community and dancing with the ladies. It definitely made their night and was fun.”The West Florida baseball team will be back in action Wednesday February 15 at Jim Spooner Field against NAIA opponent Mobile.
