Parkway improved to 3-1 overall and in district.Haughton lost to Captain Shreve 6-0 Tuesday.In a non-district girls game Wednesday night, Benton improved to 4-1 with a 10-0 victory over Bossier.Bossier coach Allen Wood was pleased with his team’s effort.“We are starting to play better even though the score didn’t show it,” he said. “We never stopped hustling and had a great attitude all the way through.”The Benton boys raised their record to 3-0 with a 3-1 victory over West Monroe in the Bearkat Classic Thursday.Sam Vickrey, Ethan Parks and Bailey Grimes all had goals for Bossier.Daniel Valcho and JB Mercer had one assist each.Haughton defeated Bossier 3-0 in another boys’ division game.The Bearkat Classic is scheduled to run through Saturday, weather permitting.last_img
